Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Program is a Union Plus program that offers union members low down payments and a variety of financing options.

• Wells Fargo Home Mortgage offers mortgage assistance to protect you if you have loss of income due to disability, unemployment or strike/lockout. The assistance program provides interest-free loans to union members, who have had a Union Plus Mortgage for 12 months or more. The first $1,000 of the loan is a grant that never needs to be repaid.

*This grant is from AFL-CIO MBF. You must submit your application for a Veteran’s Grant no later than 90 days after the closing date of your Union Plus mortgage.

¹Eligible individuals will be sent redemption instructions for the My Mortgage Gift^SM award approximately 2 weeks after closing on a new purchase or refinance loan secured by an eligible first mortgage or deed of trust with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (“New Loan”), subject to qualification, approval and closing. The My Mortgage Gift award is not available with The Relocation Mortgage Program^® or with any Wells Fargo employee mortgage offer. Only one My Mortgage Gift award is permitted per eligible New Loan.
