Darrell D. Miller Listed annually among Hollywood’s top dealmakers by entertainment industry publications such as Variety and The Hollywood Reporter, Darrell Miller has been a trusted advisor behind the growth of celebrity and business brands in entertainment and media for over two decades. Darrell works with his creative clients — working actors, writer/showrunners, directors, producers and executives — to leverage their success into more success, ensuring each project leads seamlessly to greater and broader opportunities. He is known throughout the industry for negotiating innovative, career-expanding deals in the motion picture, television, music, theater and multimedia sectors and beyond.

A former singer, Darrell understands the creative talent he represents. He has forged longstanding relationships with studio executives and creative personnel, and represents A-Level artists and high-profile brands associated with some of the industry’s leading projects, from Marvel Studios’ groundbreaking series “Wandavision” and the international Fox TV hit 9-1-1,  to the critically acclaimed HBO series “Between the World & Me” based on author Ta-Nehesi Coates’ New York Times bestseller.

A passionate advocate who has advanced the cause of diversity in the entertainment industry, Darrell has an extraordinary track record of helping to create and build upon sustainable business opportunities among diverse creators, Fortune 100 corporate brands, traditional studios, networks and the new players in town – streaming platforms. 

He is a member of the American Bar Association’ Forum on Entertainment and Sports Industries, the Grammy Recording Academy and the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, as well as the Black Entertainment and Sports Lawyers Association’s Hall of Fame. He is also a member of The Music Center Board of Directors. 

In addition to his entertainment industry recognition, Darrell has been named a “Sports & Entertainment Law Trailblazer” by the National Law Journal and listed among the “Top 100 Lawyers in California” by the Los Angeles Business Journal.

A graduate of the internationally renowned University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Darrell earned his juris doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.

Rashidi Hendrix is the founder of Metallic Entertainment based in New York City and Los Angeles. As a writer, Rashidi was a mainstay on the award show and late-night scene, writing on shows like MTV Awards, BET Awards, The Mo’Nique Show and Jimmy Kimmel Live! He has also produced series like Kitchen Nightmare(FOX), Shark Tank (ABC), According to Him + Her (BET), We Are the Joneses (Discovery), Hot Properties (HGTV) and his latest series for Hulu Set the Record Straight. He currently serves as co-Chair for the Black Writer’s Salon and a member of the Committee for Inclusion and Equity, both at the Writer’s Guild of America East. In addition, he was one of the co-founders of the WGA Showrunner’s Training Program started in 2017.

Geri Cole is a writer and performer based in New York City. She is currently a full-time staff and interactive writer for SESAME STREET and co-chair of the WGAE Black Writers Salon. Geri wrote THE POWER OF WE: A SESAME STREET SPECIAL that focused on injustice and racism and aired to critical acclaim on HBO. Her work has earned her four Emmy Awards, a NAACP Image Award, and a Writers Guild Award.
