Become a Franchised Agency
If you are a talent agency that wishes to represent WGA members, you must be franchised by the WGA.
Letter of Adherence
If you were previously franchised under the 1976 Artists’ Manager Basic Agreement, you may fill out a Letter of Adherence and return to the Agency Department by emailing Rochelle Rubin, Signatories Manager / Contracts and Agency at rrubin@wgaeast.org or by fax to (212) 682-1909 (ATTN: Rochelle Rubin, Signatories Manager).
Agency Application
If you are a talent agency that was not previously franchised by the WGA, you may fill out an Agency Application and return to the Agency Department by emailing Rochelle Rubin, Signatories Manager / Contracts and Agency at rrubin@wgaeast.org or by fax to (212) 682-1909 (ATTN: Rochelle Rubin, Signatories Manager).
